Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

In short. Use Seylo on clusters and data you are allowed to manage, and do not use it to harm anyone — including us.

1. Only what you are allowed to manage

  • Connect only clusters, cloud accounts, repositories and data that your organisation owns or is authorised to manage.
  • Do not use the Service to process data you have no right to process.

2. Do not attack the Service or others

  • Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission. To report a vulnerability, see our security page.
  • Do not try to reach another organisation’s data, or to get round roles, approvals, token limits, rate limits or namespace scoping.
  • Do not use the Service to deploy or distribute malware, run attacks, mine cryptocurrency on systems you are not authorised to use, or send spam.
  • Do not load-test, overload or disrupt the Service.

3. Coding agents and AI features

  • Coding-agent tokens belong to your organisation. Do not share them outside it or use them to reach a namespace that was not opened to them.
  • Do not use AI features to generate unlawful content, or to deceive the people who approve changes.

4. The law

  • Do not use the Service in breach of any law, including data protection, export control and sanctions law.
  • Do not use it to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.

5. Resale

Do not resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties as part of your own service without a written agreement with us.

6. If this policy is broken

We may investigate, suspend affected access or tokens, and, for serious or repeated breaches, end the agreement, as set out in our Terms of Service. Where we can, we will tell you first.
